As a fundraising arm of Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region, proceeds from the six Charlotte Region ReStore locations and our online store are used to help build and repair homes for hard-working families right here in our community.

Volunteers are critical to our success! At the Charlotte Region ReStores and Julia’s Café & Books, we have many opportunities for individuals or groups, including cashier, sales floor, merchandise processing and more! Spend your time getting to know customers, staff, and homeowners-in-process and feel good knowing the work you do is building strength and stability through shelter.

Remodeling your kitchen? We’ll take your old cabinets!
Our Deconstruction Service – or Decon for short – is comprised of a team of professionals that will carefully remove your old kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances for resale at one of the seven Charlotte Region ReStore locations. In addition to helping fund the construction and repair of homes here in the Charlotte Region, thousands of pounds of kitchen materials like wood, metal and stone are kept out of the landfill!
